Ferhat Karanfil
Dr. Ferhat Karanfil is an accomplished educator with over 16 years of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Anadolu University in 2008, followed by a master’s from Uludağ University in 2019, and completed his Ph.D. at Bahçeşehir University in 2023.
In 2012, he obtained his CELTA certification.
Throughout his career, Dr. Karanfil has delivered numerous workshops and presentations at various conferences, training educators across diverse settings. His expertise spans primary, secondary, and tertiary education levels. He has served as an educational consultant for Oxford University Press and has been a teacher trainer since 2011.
His research interests include pre-service and in-service teacher education, teacher burnout, well-being, teaching immunity, and positive psychology.
Currently, he serves as an instructor at Özyeğin University SCOLA.
